Aopvui IPL hair removal device review

Light energy from the AOPVUI device is converted into heat and destroys the tubular follicles in your hair follicles that generate hair growth. The instructions are easy to understand and (big thank you) there is no app needed to power it. Don’t we have enough of those on our phones already? Just charge it, and start zapping hair follicles. If you do it correctly, over time you should see a big reduction in hair growth. You might find it gone forever.

Why Use IPL?

Epilators have always annoyed me because I have sensitive skin and they’re unpleasant to downright painful. And there’s nothing that lasts longer — until we found IPL hair removal devices. This one is affordable and appears to be of high-quality construction. Sunglasses are included to protect your eyes (so use them) and there are two disposable razors to remove hair first before the IPL treatment. I disposed of them as they were not good quality and used my own.  You do get a charging cord and there is an optional cooling gel (which I didn’t get) to use post-treatment. I just used my regular moisturizing products.

How to Use:

The AOPVUI hair removal device was made in China but it really does appear to be well made. It is engineered with 9 energy intensities. Although you should start at level 1, you can quickly go to the others. I did try the highest level and it irritated my skin a bit, but your experience might be different. In any event, the higher the level, the greater the intensity, and the better the effect. Use the auto mode for large areas such as arms, legs, and back. The manual mode can be accessed by pressing the flash button. Manual mode is mainly used for small areas, such as the bikini line, armpit, and lips.

You Can’t Rush it:

There is no such thing as instant satisfaction. You can’t rush the process.AOPVUI (the company) claims that after 2 months of use, the hair loss rate is as high as 90% (but you have to continue to use the device). This should not be an issue since the unit has been upgraded to allow 999,900+ flashes.  AOPVUI says this should be enough for a lifetime of use. laser hair removal does on average take 8-10 sessions. However, since this is a one-time purchase, at least you’re not paying for pricey salons. The company explains that it takes several sessions to completely remove hair from a specific area.

Hair has 3 Stages of Growth:

ANAGEN (growing phase);  CATAGEN (transitional phase); and  TELOGEN (resting phase). The iPL hair removal device by AOPVUI on treats hairs in the ‘anagen’ stage as this is at the point the hair is attached to the follicle and blood supply. You can’t really tell what stage your hair is in. However, as you laser an area it will get “patchy.” This shows which follicles have been destroyed versus those that still need treatment. When all the follicle’s germ cells, have been destroyed, you are hair-free.
